Juliet is a mama who enjoys the simple things in life. She enjoys spending time gardening, canning, making medicine, experimenting with sourdough and all things herbalism. She has been leading yoga retreats and teaching yoga for almost a decade. She deeply believes that laughter is the medicine that allows us the courage to truly look within ourselves to allow for growth, healing and transformation. Juliet is trained in various styles of Yoga Asana including Yin, Restorative, Baptiste Power, Acro, Prenatal, Bikram and Vinyasa Flow.
