Cultivating a diverse place for people to practice, where they feel safe, they feel seen. A space for the curious, the intimidated, the scared, the different, to come together, break through stigmas, through barriers, through fears, together. A space of diversity in all aspects: physically, emotionally, mentally. A space where we aren’t just one thing, but all kinds of things, breaking out of that box of having to be this or that. A space where we tap into the spiritual and emotional practice first, and from there explore conscious, mindful, gentle, movement. Where you can be whoever you want, you can do whatever you want without judgement, knowing that everyone else is doing the exact same thing. A safe space. A mentally stimulating space. A space to reset. A space to be introspective or social depending on what you need. A diverse space. A space, just for you. Slowing down, expending outward, learning and experiencing the beauty of earth in another country.
